One generation will praise Your works to another, and will declare Your mighty deeds. - Psalm 145:4

Christ Our Shepherd women represent several generations, and each woman has her own story of God’s work in her life. Over the course of the year, we aim to make a space for women to see God at work in their lives and share that with others in the context of Christian community!

"I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life." - John 14:6

As a community of Christian women, we are all "Walking the Way." This year, we'll focus on the journeys we take in our life with Jesus, both individually and collectively.

Bible Study

10:30 - Noon @ COSC

Childcare provided for group members.

This gathering is a weekly place where women from various DC churches connect for a time of bible study and prayer.

2018-19 Bible Study: Beth Moore's "Stepping Up": A Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent - Bible Study Book by Beth Moore provides a personal study experience five days a week plus viewer guides for the group video sessions of this in-depth women's Bible study of Psalms 120-134.

We gather as women each quarter for various events that allow us to explore our scriptural theme for the year. We just had our quarterly breakfast and announced a new bible study.

Annual Retreat

Every Spring the women of COSC get away from the normal routines, providing extended time to dig deep with the Lord and each other. This includes teaching, testimony, healing prayer, and lots of restful ways to connect! It is traditionally every year in the first weekend of May. Hope you can join us for our next one!
